Thanks for stopping by. Our motto is 'if it sits still long enough, monogram it!' Whether you are shopping for a special gift, for your home or for some fun things for yourself we'd love to help you. So grab yourself a mason jar of sweet tea, kick up your feet and enjoy your shopping experience.
Turnaround time is generally 14 days. Occasionally there may be a backorder for a product or due to peak seasonal sales, your item may be delayed. If this is the case, you will be notified asap. Need your order by a specific date? Let us know and we will try out best to get it to you. We do offer rush ordering for an additional $10.00 fee.
With different shipping options, you will always know what your shipping costs are. Are you local to Prince George Virginia? You can stop by the shop and pick up your package and save the shipping costs - just choose local pickup at check out. We will contact you when your item is complete and make arrangements for you to stop by the shop!
I promise I will never ever ever release any personal information (you know...your credit card information, your address or even your shoe size) to anyone. It doesn't matter if they promise me lots of chocolate or even a gift certificate to my favorite spa...I won't budge!
Payment will be due when orders are placed. Due to the personalized nature of our items, no work can begin on the order until payment is received. We will run sales and offer discounts from time to time so if something that you have purchased within the last 24 hours goes on sale....just let us know! We will refund the difference to you.
About those sales .... if you always want to know the latest greatest information on our sales - "LIKE" us on Facebook. That's where are sales are always announced first (it's a little thank you for having to sit through all those pictures of our cute little shop assistant!)
Unfortunately due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if there has been an error on our part (what .... us make a mistake??), we will gladly fix the error to the best of our ability. Sometimes an item is no longer available but we will work with you to make sure that everyone is happy.

Please please review your orders before you place them. Unfortunately, once the order is placed it is not possible to change the order. There are many times when the order is started the same day as it is placed making it difficult to change letters, colors, or sizes.

We know we give you LOTS of thread color options and it is difficult to tell which color will look the best. No worries, we want you to look good so if a thread color that you have chosen will not be seen on the item, we will change it  to our standard black color. So please be sure if it MUST be a specific color (even if it clashes - eek!), please make a note on your order. With those we will just close our eyes and keep the color as you've requested.
Often we will post pictures of finished products on our Facebook page. We will never tag you in the picture but you are free to tag yourself. That's so your great Aunt Gertrude, that you purchased that beautiful new scarf for, will not see your name and know what she's getting for her birthday present.
Of course we would be happy to monogram on your items. Contact us for a quote and then drop by the shop to bring your items.
